Begins at 11 a.m. Seating
for 500 in the church; an additional 175 can be accommodated in the
parish hall, which will be set up as a chapel and will receive the
entire service by closed-circuit broadcast.
More seating for those with special needs will
be in the two parlors (100 total can be accommodated). There
is plenty of room for all - seating for 775 to be exact.
Parking:
Limited at the church.
Overflow parking will be in the park across the street from the
church and at the nearby baseball fields. Attendants will be
standing-by to direct traffic. St. Luke's will be running a
shuttle service for the more remote
parking using their van and school bus. Once you park be on
the look out!

Reservations for childcare at the St. Luke's
nursery must be made ahead of time. Call Jane Fleischer at (210)
828-6425, ext. 206, or e-mail her at
Jane@saintlukes.net. No
charge.
Hotels:
A block of 50 rooms has
been set aside at the Amerisuites 7615 Jones-Maltsberger Road, but
reservations were to have been made by August 5. You can call (210
930 2333) and see if rooms are still available and if the $85 rate
is still available. Mention Episcopal Diocese of West Texas.

201, 202, and 204 at St. Luke's. Red stoles.
A Fiesta reception to honor the new bishop and
his family will be held in the gym immediately following the
service. Plenty of food, lots of seating in the gym, in the parish
hall, and outside. No reservations needed. Y'all come.
